2020 has been a challenging year. People have faced hardships and losses none of us could have foreseen in January. In the past, we’ve created a year-end timeline to celebrate big accomplishments and life milestones. But this year wasn’t about big wins. Some days, it was just about making it through. So our 2020 year in review celebrates our small wins.

We hope that no matter what 2021 holds in store you’ll be well, find gratitude in surprising places, and celebrate all of your wins.

Jenn you are so bold and brave to share about finding a therapist. Me too. Congrats! I know that’s a really big deal. I studied for my MS in Mental Health Counseling (may resume someday) so I really get it.
